How to make Crêpes
Today we are celebrating the Presentation of the Lord, also knows as Candlemas.
“Now, Master, you may let your servant go in peace, according to your word, for my eyes have seen your salvation, which you prepared in sight of all the peoples, a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and glory for your people Israel.”
-Simeon (Luke 2:32)
To celebrate Candlemas, we’re making Crêpes. Crêpes are thin, delicate French pancakes and can be served either sweet or savory, with a wide variety of fillings. We chose to make ours with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and a Crème Anglaise.
